Kyle R. Schroeder, MAI, ARA is the owner and chairman of Texas Values.  Mr. Schroeder has been appraising real estate since 2004.  He was born and raised in Lockhart, Texas, and he grew up helping his dad farm land that has been in his family for generations. He received a bachelors of science from Texas A&M University in Agricultural Systems Management and a Masters of Business Administration from California Polytechnic State University. He understands the unique nuances of rural land appraisal and has the business acumen needed to appraise commercial real estate.

Texas Values' principal trade areas include: South Texas, West Texas, Central Texas, and the Texas Hill Country, but would love the opportunity to serve you in any part of the state.
